What It Entails

Our sevices include the review, advise , installation, repair and maintenance of wiring, equipment, and devices that are used to generate, transmit, distribute and use electricity and the mechanical capacity required.

The works activities include:
  1. Installation of mechanical systems: This includes activities such as running ductwork, plumbing, and installing mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handling units.
  2. Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems: This includes activities such as troubleshooting, identifying and repairing mechanical issues, and performing regular maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently.
  3. Upgrading of mechanical systems: This includes activities such as replacing outdated equipment and systems, and incorporating energy-efficient technology to improve the overall performance and efficiency of a building's mechanical systems.
  4. Installation of electrical systems: This includes activities such as running conduit, pulling wire, and installing panels, breakers, and other electrical equipment.
  5. Maintenance and repair of electrical systems: This includes activities such as troubleshooting, identifying and repairing electrical issues, and performing regular maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently.
